Our Story
Snow Bunny Coffee opened its doors in 2019 on a stretch of NW 11th Avenue that was already humming with artists, book lovers, and dog walkers. We didn't set out to be the trendiest spot in the Pearl District — we just wanted a place where the coffee was honest, the pastries were made that morning, and you could linger without feeling like you were taking up too much space.
Every croissant is laminated by hand. Every batch of cold brew is steeped overnight. And every regular — from the early-morning runners to the weekend word-crafters — is treated like they walked in five minutes ago, not five years.
